Alley and Eye accepts refunds within 14 days of purchase as long as frames are in condition to be sold.
If your eyewear becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase we allow purchase of new pair of same frame for 50% of the retail value.
If your purchase is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the postal service and file a report. Until the postal service has completed their findings they will not do any kind of refund. Until they complete their finding if you still want your purchase we can give you the option of receiving it at a 50% discount.
